Definitely recommend Vitality and Vine LLC! I had the opportunity to participate in a group session with Chelsea leading an outdoor fitness class and it was amazing! The instructor really emphasizes whole body wellness and functional mobility. For someone who appreciates this way of thinking, I can’t recommend them enough! They really care and do it in such a fun fashion!
